To report a lost or stolen card, please call the appropriate number listed below as soon as possible.

If your credit or debit card is not working, contact the credit union at 770-441-9235 or 1-833-312-3730 between the hours of 9am and 4pm, Monday through Friday. If you’re calling after hours, you may contact VISA® (for credit cards) or MasterCard® (for debit cards) at the numbers shown below for assistance; however, they may advise you to contact the credit union directly during regular business hours to correct the problem.

Visa® and MasterCard® are constantly working to reduce and guard against fraud. In the event irregular activity occurs on your account, they may attempt to contact you to verify recent activity and may not authorize additional charges until the current charges are verified. For this reason, it is very important to keep phone numbers, email addresses and other contact information up to date. If your contact information changes, please logon to NetBranch Online Banking and update your contact information online.
