The EXCEL App is easy to use and so convenient.
For members with an Apple® or Android® phone who have logged into NetBranch Online Banking via a computer at least once in the past, simply download the EXCEL Federal Credit Union App, available free from the iPhone® and Google® App Stores, and login using your EXCEL NetBranch Online Banking credentials.
If you’ve never logged into online banking (or you’ve forgotten your login credentials), you’ll need to contact us to setup online banking access initially through your desktop computer before being able to log into the EXCEL APP.
Contact us to request your online banking credentials and we’ll respond to your request no later than the next business day.
In addition to checking balances, making transfers, paying bills, and locating the nearest ATMs, with the EXCEL App, you also have the ability to make deposits remotely by clicking on the “DeposZip® Remote Deposit Service” tab.
If your phone does not use the Apple® or Android® operating system, you will not be able to download the EXCEL App. For members who cannot download Apple® or Android® Apps, or would prefer not to, we also offer the option of connecting to mobile banking by typing www.excelfcu.org into your smart phone’s browser window. Almost all the same functionality that’s available with the App is available with mobile banking, except the ability to use your mobile phone to take pictures of checks and deposit them; only the EXCEL Apps offer the ability to make deposits remotely by smartphone.
For members who don’t have access to the EXCEL App or prefer not to use an app, we also offer the option of using a computer and scanner to make deposits remotely.
