If you’re calling after hours, you may contact VISA® (for credit cards) or MasterCard® (for debit cards) at the numbers shown below for assistance; however, they may advise you to contact the credit union directly during regular business hours to correct the problem.

In the event irregular activity occurs on your account, they may attempt to contact you to verify recent activity and may not authorize additional charges until the current charges are verified. For this reason, it is very important to keep phone numbers, email addresses and other contact information up to date.
